GDL90 support

In addition to FLARM, the app now supports traffic receivers that send traffic data in GDL90 format. The app now can now be used together with flight simulators such as XPlane, and potentially others.

Bugfixing release

Users of Stratux traffic receivers can now connect to their devices without changing the Stratux IP address. The app now shows FLARM traffic warnings and there are many small improvements in the user interface. Version 2.6.6 fixes a stability issue.
