Bluetooth LE is now supported as a tech preview / need to test

Dear all, dear @Akaflieg-Freiburg/enroute

The current Android Beta-Version of Enroute Flight Navigation (=v2.32.20) should now be able to communicate with your traffic data receiver via Bluetooth LE. This might be particularly interesting to paraglider pilots, whose devices often cannot communicate via any other protocol. The feature is currently available as a "technology preview" because I do not have good access to devices that I can use for testing. If own a traffic data receiver that speaks Bluetooth LE (or if you know someone who does), then please try it out and give me some feedback!

The procedure to connect via Bluetooth LE is identical to the procedure connect via Bluetooth Classic. The manual has not been updated yet.
