Text is overwhelming

Hi!

I've learned about Digital standards and the ToC looks amazing! I might be q bit tired, but when I went on to the very content, such as https://www.barcelona.cat/digitalstandards/en/ict-procurement/0.1/context the text there is overwhelming for me and makes it hard to read. It would be good to add some visuals that would guide the information flow and add more space.

Hi Krzysztof, thanks for your input.

I've downcased and correctly typeset some headers in the page you mention, but the result is probably not that different in terms of clutter.

If our budget can include it we'll make a final revision of presentation aspects at the end of the project.
