gd-images does not work with other languages

gd-images is "japanese specific" and fails completely when users query a different language.

Many users are interested in several languages (not only Japanese) and the results from "Bing Images" could be country-agnostic...

   Searching the word "key" in German provides inadequate results:

Describe the bug
When using "gd-images" to study German, most images are totally irrelevant and many images in Japanese appear.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Search the word "Schlüssel" ("key" in German)
2. 4 images are irrelevant (4 out of 5)

Expected behavior
When using "gd-images" with languages different than Japanese, the results should "omit" results specific to Japan. Probably a solution would be to use "Bing images from the USA".

The query language is hardcoded to Japanese. You need to add a parameter that would allow the user to pass the desired language.
