H265 on WebRTC

Hello. Does OME support H265 (HEVC)?

This doc tells OME can encode H265 (Hardware Only).

HW: nv, xma I am using OME Cuda rn (Dockerfile.cuda)

If OME WebRTC supports H265 or not, please enlight me. Thank you.

RTSP Provider does not yet support H.265.

This is separate from the transcoder supporting 265.

Providers that currently support H.265 in OME are SRT, E-RTMP, and WebRTC.
