Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to set up short tests and long tests that can be implemented through a script. These can then be run either individually or with a script that goes through all of them.

Assuming that all of the tests can be run through the aether.json files.
Have a bunch of directories with different aether.json + input files. These would be cycled through and run with a python script that would go through each directory name, run the test and then run the comparison tool to make sure that the run passes.
Need to develop a comparison tool.
Unit tests would be performed differently. There could be a bunch of sub-directories with different "main.c" codes that would perform unit tests on different functions. This is pretty different than what is above, but needs to happen too.
