Originally zstd provided libzstd.so.1, now its been moved into zstd-libs. On upgrade, installed candidate is shown to provide the soname to satisfy the graph, and the transition/requirement is undetected.. Atomic transaction in as such as "heres what I'd like to form the graph candidacy" and throwing away the local state is needed.
