Moss state prune not working

Get the following error.

Confirmed on two systems, one bare metal and another in a VM

Will check when I'm next at my laptop. I've just done a fresh install so will need to create some new states but that shouldn't be an issue

This seems to be resolved now so I will close it.

Resolution:

1. Created 12 states on a brand new bare metal installation
2. moss state list shows 12 states
3. sudo moss state prune asks to verify that I want to remove States 1 & 2 (prune command keeps last 10 states to my understanding)
4. After confirming yes, moss state list shows 10 states from State 3.
