Establish ssh connection later

Just an idea, would it make sense to only establish the SSH connection after building? Sadly, our server tends to sometimes terminate SSH sessions after a while, which can be a bit annoying.

Theoretically we could establish SSH-connection every time it's about to be used, but so short timeout that would fall within build time is definitely unusual. Might worth just increasing it.

For now, I seemed to get it to work by setting this config:

keepaliveInterval: 10,
keepaliveCountMax: 9999

I also added an issue ember-cli-deploy/ember-cli-deploy#492 to maybe make this possible.

I believe it's not the issue of ember-cli-deploy. Well architecturally it is, but it's not something they or we could fix easily.
