the pokerogue game itself does not seem to be in the downloaded file. I have attempted to follow the video guide on Admiral Billy's youtube channel as best I can, to no avail. Please advise

I'm not sure if it's fully up to date with the repo version, but I found this page with some downloadable "release" versions including installers.
