I've been uninstall and reinstall few times, but still show below error

Just in case:

• after uninstall reboot first. It looks like the file that must be renamed is locked, which may indicate it is running or in use
• try to install with admin privilege
• ask Grok3 on X. Suggesting AI may sound as lame as 'google it', but Grok helped me out several times. Explain what you are trying to do, copy-paste warnings and errors
