Seeking easy method to run this plug-in on an ARC hardware

hello there! i'm really struggling to run this plug-in on my Intel ARC 750 using openvino and other method from some tutorials but it just wouldnt work for some reason maybe i f-ed up somewhere? can some one provide some simplified steps to get this running on my Windows device? Thanks so much! ( is is the error Im getting trying to launch it with the default "DirectML (GPU)" setting - "Server execution error: The GPU device does not support Double (Float64) operations!")
