Should VALVE_STATE and TEMP_SET state topics be set for eTRV?

There does not appear to be any way for the MiHome Radiator Valves to report that it has successfully processed a set temperature (TEMP_SET) or operation mode (VALVE_STATE) command.

I've decided to add VALVE_STATE on cache request, as it works well with the HA climate card.
