Medical terms

Hi,
Firstly thanks for this tool it's quite helpful. Some of the terms aren't getting detected like eg: 'SIADH' whereas if I do 'ADH' it gives me the term but the same term as what comes in SIADH except the SI part. I'm sure this has to do with the data corpus version. I there any latest version which includes terms like these?
