having issues converting segmentations for rhizovision explorer

Hello, so I noticed that I cannot convert segmentations to Rhizovision explorer. Before I remember that the folder i specified for the input segmentation directory would all be segmented and sent to the output directory. But now that does not happen, instead the output directory is empty. The conversion to Rhizovision explorer also does not ask which model I want to use to segment with, which I find a bit confusing as to which model the conversion to Rhizovision is using?
Are there any recommendations to resolve this issue?

The conversion is a way to convert existing segmentations produced with RootPainter to a format that is compatible with RVE. That's the reason why you don't need to specify the model. The convert function is designed to work with already created segmentations. I'm wondering if this misunderstanding might be related to your first issue.

So you segment the images first, then you can convert them to RVE.
Alternatively when segmenting, you can specify RVE compatible output format so you don't need to convert.
