Error on build

Hi,
whenever I run the second command

docker compose --profile auto up --build

I'm getting those error :

I have no error when running the download and I don't have any specific network or firewall configuration.

I'm using wsl2 Ubuntu (I also tried setting Debian as default), my docker desktop version 4.25.2
from the linux CLI I can use curl.

does anyone have an idea?
