[BUG] Nvidia L4 is not detected as supported GPU

Describe the bug
Software doesn't detect Nvidia L4 with properly installed drivers.

How to Reproduce the bug
Steps to reproduce the bug:

Deploy VM with L4 GPU.

Expected behavior
GPU is detected and I can start video upscale.

• CPU Model It is a GCP VMg2-standard-4 (4 vCPUs, 16 GB Memory)
• Amount of RAM: 16 GB
• Amount of VRAM: 24
• Amount of Storage: 100 GB SSD
