How to start on Windows with --medvram option?

I did not see an option in the UI for it, and launching either webui-user.bat, webui.bat, or launch.py with the --medvram argument does not pass it thru to the actual stable diffusion engine.

Any chance of this getting a checkbox in the UI if there's not an easier way to pass in arguments from the batch file?

the webui-user.bat is for you to edit and add the --medvram in the COMMANDLINE_ARGS
