error 500 instead of explicit error message when we create a new lead

when we create a new lead, if we add "Date de relance" some check are probably bypassed, so if we dont provide "Montant annoncé HT" or "Description" we got an error 500 instead of explicit warning message like "Le champ 'Montant annoncé HT' est obligatoire"
