Reception Check-List
How to handle participants and devices (record)
reception desk;
- Participants register their devices here and pass to the waiting area
- It is the responsibility of persons at the reception to take the registered devices to the respective desk where experts pick and call the device owner for service.
- The same personnel at the reception is mandated to direct the participants to the waiting area.

Use masking tape and a list to record, label and list the devices to be repaired as shown bellow.

The number on the device is the serial number given to the owner ,written on the manila card or any piece of paper.

The expert moves to the area where registered devices are gathered and calls the owner.
- A sign some experts to precheck all Items and record the things that need fixing, sort out the ones not easy to fix (where no export/material is available)
- The duty of the team at the reception to prepare a waiting list to keep record of devices and participants/owners (check-in, check-out)
Toolkeeping Check-List
How to handle the tools and materials

It is the task of the tool keeping desk ,the lead expert comes in when spares are needed,because some tool keepers do not know some these spares to save time.

Responsibility defined - Toolkeeper to give out tools and materials to the experts and collect them back
- It is the duty of the tool keeper to check in and check out experts who have signed tools.
- He also secures the tools and material area and always keeps it clean to avoid lose of tools

Expert Check-List
How to handle the repairs
- Before the repair session starts,the lead expert to aware his team ,that it is not only about the repair but also about the teaching to fix
- The lead expert to senstize his fellow experts on how to get tools and how to bring them back to the toolkeeper when not in use anymore (sharing is ok, but you are responsible to bring back)
- invite the owners of a successful repair to take a picture with the expert or experts can take photos with them after testing.
- A sign one personnel to document the repairs and also the failure or we say the yes and No as indicated in repair record sheet bellow.

Collaboration Check-List
How to handle the online reporting etc
- have some Team members ready to be there to help with whatever is needed, talk to your Community members, keep the mood up,for example have comedy as part of refreshment
- Online Collaboration will need some equipment (Webcam, Laptop, Smartphone)
- Take pictures for documentation to improve and inform your Community
- In case other factors allow,have a social media team to take the responsibility of reporting in both directions.
- Invite collaborators before-hand to join your channels
- Prepare your online channels (for synchronous or asynchronous collaboration),however some of the are costly as it requires much data.
