Can we have a Template for each Repository that we maintain?

I think if we have a similar looking Readme structure for each Team project this would help a lot to clean things

Like for excample:

• Title
• Title picture
• short description (or above the picture)
• Context (Track II - same for all?)
• Details/Concept
• How to contribute
• License

We might also need to define what documents to link etc.
