Format example of metadata.csv bibliography? #606

Is there an example of what the metadata.csv (or tsv) should look like when doing a plain_text load of non-XML files? I'm seeing a freeze at the Merging all merged sorted files (this may take a while)... stage, and am trying to make sure I'm formatting the bibliography correctly. Thanks!
