Plot is Empty in the Center of the Radar after Gridding

I have created a grid from my ppi data using the grid_from_radars function. However, it has created a gap like the image shown below:

Is there an option for the used function that will allow me to include the values in the center of the radar?

@GGDLW Can you try adjusting the ROI? That could be possibly causing the issue

Changing the min_radius option appeared to fix the problem!

I might need to adjust the grid parameters as the resolution appeared to decrease when I increased the min_radius, however.
