Config options to change text formatting

Can we please get a /plugins/beaming config directory, that we can change the languages file?

I would like to edit the text from Beaming to be more fitting for my server.
I would also like to change it from being red text to green text as red = bad/something went wrong, when its supposed to be a success message.
