Bug description

全新安装的asoc （安装镜像aosc-os_installer_20250606_amd64.iso）启动emacs出现

Steps to reproduce

1. 全新安装的asoc （安装镜像aosc-os_installer_20250606_amd64.iso）
2. 点击kde桌面的 packagekit 图标更新系统
3. 使用oma安装一些工具
   $ oma history
   ❯ [12:29:23 on 2025-07-08] /usr/bin/oma install zellij
   [12:27:10 on 2025-07-08] /usr/bin/oma install syncthing
   [12:25:44 on 2025-07-08] /usr/bin/oma install emacs git
4. 启动emacs 抛错
   $ emacs
   emacs: error while loading shared libraries: libgccjit.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or director
