The pr-preview bot is not running

For some reason the pr-preview bot is not running on PRs. Haven't been able to figure out why and can't seem to find any logs.

Do you know if there have been changes to the PR-preview bot lately that could explain this?

Ah. I see that this is happening for others as well: tobie/pr-preview#161

Could be the same issue we had where we had to switch to the ubuntu-latest image.
