RFE - Simple Table under Metrics or Trigger History?

We see a need for this and wondered if this enhancement is possible?

A simple table under Metrics or Trigger History that shows what it did at each "fire"?
Action Details - Timestamp, Action (Vol "abc" updated, Cap Pool increased by size/%...), Status. Right now to identify the change, it is a lot of clicks.
OR
Do we have a way to log all the changes to a blob file or something?
