Add temporal setting

Would be very few approaches that fit under this category, but maybe that's ok? If the explorations @TathagataChakraborti has in the viz (which would involve the SAT theory by @haz ) are able to restrict to non-temporal, then one can look for non-temporal paper suggestions, etc. Until then, all new paper suggestions would likely just change the temporal parameter (easy / simple bit flip).
