MSTM Test Pipeline

MSTM has proven itself as a reliable scattering framework.
A pipeline should be created that produces test data for YASF to check various internal parameters, such as cross-sections and phase functions.

The output file should be in FITS format since it can contain complex matrices and table data with additional metadata.
