feature request: Add support for PostgresQL and MariaDB

Problem Description / Use Case

The SQLite DB while simple to use in general is quite slow and prone to corruption

Proposed Solution

Add the ability to choose/change your database from SQLite to Postgresql and MariaDB/MySQL. When changing databases, it would convert/migrate from the previous to the selected one. FileFlows did this and it drastically improved the performance of my instance.
