PLUT-544 Homebrew - Choose Feat for Custom Backgrounds

For a custom background in homebrew, a character would be given the option to select between two or more Feats during character creation (with limits set by the author as well).

Who would use it?
Creators for importing homebrew backgrounds and allowing for selecting a Feat from multiple options. Players using Plutonium to search the homebrewed background and observe the options during character creation, or Charactermancer to allow for choosing between the two (or more) Feats.

How would it work?
Creators could use a "choose" array under "feats" and list Feat "a" or Feat "b", and so on, setting a limit if more than one Feat could be selected (i.e., count: 2).

Why should this be added?
This would assist with players using homebrewed material such as Ryoko's Guide to the Yokai Realms (the "Elementalist" background for example offers the Elemental Fighting or Elemental Initiate feat when selecting the background), or just a custom background that could grant the option to select one feat out of a list of five for example.
