PLUT-542 Add integration for the Spell Book module

The Spell Book module adds a UI for spell lists / learning / preparation management. It uses compendiums for that, just like Quick Insert and Omnisearch do, technically.

No idea if it’s feasible to provide integration for Plutonium, but hey, it is a thing for those other two :)

Who would use it?
Spellcasters that don’t want to keep all their class(es)’s spells on their sheet. Which is by the way discouraged by Foundry support because it can cause performance issues m)

How would it work?
Plutonium hooks into the module just like it does with QI/OS, and makes it display Plutonium-provided content in addition to or instead of local compendiums.

Why should this be added?
Seems like a nice thing, IDK 🤷🏿
