This feature would make it so you can search, using the omnisearch, any text on any item, feature, class, etc. instead of just looking at its title. It might take longer, but I believe it's definitely worth it.

Who would use it?
I can see this being used pretty globally primarily by end users (players, DMs, homebrewers, etc), since it's an extremely versatile feature for quickly finding references to certain information.

How would it work?
Not sure what this section means but, in my head I'm picturing either a checkbox to "search text" or just the ability to use "text:" on the omnisearch. Alternatively a slightly more comprehensive full search menu might be interesting but that's offtopic and much broader in scope.

Why should this be added?
This feature is frankly something I've been missing ever since I discovered and started actively using 5etools, the problem that the current search feature has is that, since it only searches for the title of a feature/item/creature/etc. it's incredibly easy for the search to return basically no results for what should be a fairly ubiquitous request.

For instance, searching for 'Grapple' doesn't even give you the actual page for how to grapple a creature because it's filed under 'Unarmed Strike', and the grapple portion is just in the text.

At the moment to do the equivalent of this you either have to manually go through every single possible page (e.g. the spells page, items page, bestiary, rules page, etc) and use the "text:" search identifier for each one. It gets even worse when you consider class features, at which point you're forced to select a class, select all of its possible subclasses, then Ctrl + F for your term, then repeat for every single class in the game.

TL;DR atm doing anything even remotely like this is incredibly time consuming for something that I believe should be a basic feature, so the ability to search text everywhere would be incredibly welcome
