PLUT-538 Charactermancer "Feats" tab organization

I'd like to suggest a small change to how the Feats tab of the charactermancer works. Feedback from players at my table suggested frustration when configuring the options provided by their feats- some would pick their feat and get confused when they didn't immediately have the options to configure them. Thankfully pointing them to the Feat tab was enough to get it to click, but that isn't entirely intuitive. I'd like to spitball possible changes to help with players who are less curious and willing to explore the space in the foundry environment.

Who would use it?
Less savvy players.

How would it work?
The way I see it there are a few options here:

1. The easiest is a disclaimer- "Move to this tab to adjust your choices". Something hard to miss, using the typical plutonium highlight color.

2. Simply move the feats tab next to attributes- it maintains the flow of the charactermancer- As soon as they've chosen feats, the next button takes them to the tab to configure them.

3. Consolidate those options onto the tab where you choose attributes and feats/additional feats. Though I imagine the layout we have currently is there for good reason.

4. An advancement-style selector which appears as soon as you select the feet. Best for maintaining the workflow of character creation. Likely tricky and breakable.

Note: I'm not suggesting the Feats tab go away, that should definitely remain for cross referencing.

I'll admit, these might not be popular suggestions, and my table might be a hedge-case, but maybe there's others out there who have had other confusion as far as that goes. Thanks for your time and consideration!
