PLUT-540 Enchant Weapons with Weapon Mastery

In a similar way to some of the cantrip enhancing Eldritch Invocations, add an enchantment activity to weapon mastery to append something like ", Mastered" to weapons. In addition, add recharges on long rest in order to show that new masteries can be selected.

Who would use it?
Players to keep track of weapon masteries.

How would it work?
Clicking the weapon mastery feature will allow for players to be able to drag in weapons in their inventory to the created chat box to append ", Mastered" to it. Multiple items can be dragged into them.

Why should this be added?
Helps players keep track of weapon masteries without having to write it down each long rest.
