5ET-1327 Turn Timer on Initiative Tracker

A turn timer that is visible to the DM (and toggle visible to player view) on the initiative tracker.

Who would use it?
DMs and Players that want to keep track of time taken during turns

How would it work?
A timer would display (MM:ss) near the round number at the top of the view that would track the current time taken in this turn. It would reset to 0 whenever the turn changed.

Why should this be added?
It's useful to track to keep things moving in paper
