Current State of Affairs

Hello!

I'm making this post to sort of cover where my mind's at right now in terms of this repo.

So far there is a lot of stuff here, and while a lot of good ideas exist the flow is missing. My main focus and goals for the current moment to get this operational are as follows:

• Setup github actions for the template itself
• Setup commitizen for the template itself
• Add doctest and linkcheck / etc
• Refine internal noxfile
• Refine internal github actions
• Modularize the rust bits a bit more
• Ensure the entire pipeline works

Once all of that has been done I expect this repo to be at a minimum workable, but there are a lot of bigger goals and such that I need to properly document.

Also worth mentioning, please reach out if you have any thoughts or ideas! I'm only one person and there are so many interesting tools and processes that I have never seen. Not to mention there is no better motivation than knowing someone cares enough to stop and message! Like I know it may seem small but honestly just seeing that 2 people starred my repo is some of the best motivation I've had to work on this stuff in a while
