RFC-009: Demo Image Improvement

Problem

• docker image too large: > 3GB (Reduce the size of docker image #329)
• import.py and start_predict_server.sh raise unexpected errors: "fail to compile sql"
• OpenMLDB and spark version is stale: v0.2.0
• demo docs is too simple, no output screenshot after each step

Issues

• Reduce the size of docker image #329
• Re-write the demo docs for both cluster and standalone #671
• openmldb docker tag should match the openmldb release version #672

Solution

To solve the existing problems, we plan to:

• Remove unnecessary components from the docker image
  • use small base image
  • remove duplicate jars
  • shrink OpenMLDB binary
  • cluster and standalone a single docker image, but different scripts/confs
• single story for both standalone and cluster versions
• remove the unexpected error messages (solved in new version)
• update to the latest version v0.3.0
  • docker tag matches release version
  • disable arm release
• add detailed instructions and output screenshot for demo docs
