Description
What is the bug? (in English)
Hello
I have set up a Lizmap project with groups and subgroups of layers.
I have configured QGIS with a theme, which is organized as follows:
group1 → checked
subgroup 1.1 → checked
sub-subgroup 1.1 → unchecked
layer 1.1.1 → checked
layer 1.1.2 → checked
sub-subgroup 1.2 → unchecked
layer 1.2.1 → checked
layer 1.2.2 → checked
Detail of the layer configuration in the subgroups. The last subgroup is unchecked than the layers are checked

Initial display in lizmap witch is correct:

but the layers are not checked

This theme is used in Lizmap by checking the option "Activate the first map theme at startup".
Overall, the group expansion (deployment) works as expected. However, the checkboxes for the layers inside the subgroups do not follow the theme settings.
Any idea where this problem could come from?
Is it possible to configure this display using JavaScript or map.css?
Thank you for your feedback.
Steps to reproduce the issue
1 - Configure layer groups, subgroups, and layers.
The layer group should be checked, the subgroup should be unchecked, and the layers should be checked.
2 - Configure a theme as desired for the display of the layer manager when the Lizmap map is opened.
3 - Check the option “Activate the first map theme at startup”
