Field excluded from WMS/WFS capabilities still show in popup based on D&D designer #3773

Steps to reproduce the issue
Set a D&D form in QGIS project
Tell LMWC to use the D&D form for the pop-up dialog
Exclude a field from WMS/WFS capabilities > the field will still be visible in LMWC popup
Versions
Latest LMWC 3.6
Check Lizmap plugin
- I have done the step just before in the Lizmap QGIS desktop plugin before opening this ticket. Otherwise, my ticket is not considered valid and might get closed.
