How to implement zoom-in on a specific part of a scene? (Follow-up to #1374)

Description:
I'd like to zoom in on a specific part of my scene, similar to the example shown in this GIF:(From user Elteoremadebeethoven)

Could you guide me on how to implement this effect?

What I've tried:

• Created a new camera instance with new_camera = Camera()
• Result: The entire scene turns black

Environment:

• ManimGL version: v1.7.2
• Python version: 3.12.3
