Integration test to validate cost logic #34
Description
Context
Following cost data returned by the AWS Cost Explorer, we should validate the costs returned from the /costs-per-user endpoint sum to the totals across dimensions, e.g. hub, component, daily total.
Proposal
- add fixtures to mock cost explorer response
- write a test suite to validate that per user costs sum to totals across dimensions
