Changing heightmap and Biomemap Scale causes blocky terrain when both above 2.0  #29

When experimenting with the scaleability of the heightmap and biome, anything above a 2.0 produces blocky terrain relative to the scale, so a 3.0 produces each pixle as a 3 by 3 pillar with no smoothing whatsoever
