Repository active / in use

Is this repository still active or in use? If so I would purpose to move the mu-plugins to separate repository so I can integrate them with another project.

If you move the mu-plugins to another repository how do we install them here? One of them is essential to load folder plugins in the mu-plugins/ folder.
