Description
Queen of hearts - stops the war and causes a player not to pick up any cards. Outside the war behaves like a normal card, without any actions.
Queen of diamonds - the next person is skipped. Used during and outside the war.
Queen of spades - order of play switches directions. Used during and outside the war.
Queen of clubs - player can chose who play next (cannot chose her/himself). Used during and outside the war.
