Add Cloud Resources

For any Cloud platform in their respective directory

• Add resources that explains DockerHub and Images
• Add how Serverless configuration is set-up for that platform
• Best practice for serverless application
• Add resources about CI/CD tools and their usage.
  Also common resources usable across all platfrom should be added in general folder.
  PR having atleast 2 of the above points covered shall be accepted after review.
