Reduced gun set needs a lookover (scopes are unusable)

All scopes have the biggunlist tag, which disallows any scopes in reduced guns set. Some basic attachments should be allowed there as well, for example 2x, 4x and maybe 7x scopes.

Would be a good idea to go through the items and see if there are other items that should be allowed in both sets.

RGM grenades also have the tag, which means they cannot be loaded into the RGM grenade launcher if reduced set is on.
