Problem Description

Hi all,

I am unable to create a snapshot because of the issue in the screenshot. I am using s3 backup account.

how can I resolve this?

Steps to Reproduce

Go to:
Settings -> Snapshot tab -> Click create snapshot -> select backup account (s3) and default download link -> click create button at the bottom of page.

The expected correct result

Successfully create a backup snapshot

Based on the error message, the ClickHouse application was running during the backup, causing changes to the persistent files.
Please stop the application manually and try creating the snapshot again.
