Is the government open to any open source API platforms such as WSO2 as part of the solution?

As mentioned in #17, offerors may choose to use an alternative technology stack, rather than those using the languages discussed in the SOO, at their discretion. However, any such alternative will be evaluated for strengths, weaknesses, and risks as provided in the solicitation.
