DUT output is not Correct

I gave same stimulus to Scoreboard and also did calculations on paper but the output of DUT is not matching with Expected Outcome.

Steps to recreate this issue:

1. Clone the above code
2. goto verif folder in Repo
3. make rerun

The output.txt file will be updated and you can see stimulus and DUT output and Scoreboard Output.
